仕事内容


リーガル・フェイスグループ各法人のバックオフィスとして採用・広報・総務を中心に幅広い事務のお仕事をお任せします。

【業務内容】

  • 応募者対応(日程調整、面接設定・対応)
  • 書類整理・管理
  • 各種データ入力
  • エージェント・求人媒体・面接官との折衝・管理
  • 電話対応
  • ホームページ更新・運用
  • 広報資料・会社案内・パンフレット等の制作※
  • 総務・庶務業務(郵便、コピー、ファイリング、社内サポート全般)
  • その他、司法書士補助関連業務など

変更の範囲:なし

※レベルに応じて広報資料・会社案内・パンフレット等の制作などもお願いする予定です。
