仕事内容:

◎具体的なお仕事

・ディレクション(設計や企画など)

・ホームページ制作(アプリ開発)

・デザイン制作(アプリデザイン)

・SNSツール(インスタグラム、Tik Tokなど)の運用

・ショート動画制作、SNS広告制作

◎研修内容

・ホームページ制作

└ホームページを制作するために必要な言語を習得して1人称でホームページが作れるようになります

・アプリ開発

└スマホアプリやWebアプリを作るために必要な言語を習得して1人称でアプリの制作をしてもらいます。

・デザイン制作

└ホームページのデザインを学び、1人称でバナーやwebのデザインができるようになります

・動画制作

└動画制作ソフトを使用し、リール動画やショート動画、プロモーションビデオなどを作れるようになってもらいます。

・SNSアカウント制作

└アルゴリズムなどを学びフォロワーを集客しやすいアカウントを制作してもらいます。

・SNS運用

└制作したアカウントで実際に集客などをして収益化を図ります。その際のインセンティブも貰えてしまうんです

勤務時間・曜日:

正社員

・9:00~20:00うち実働8時間(プロジェクト内容により多少異なります。)

・暦通りの休日

※研修期間中は異なる場合があります。

・最寄駅:大門駅、浜松町駅から徒歩2分

・プロジェクトに応じてリモートワーク等あり(研修期間中は対象外)

給与:

  • 昇給・賞与あり 昇給年2回、賞与年1回
  • 通勤手当

※研修期間中は給与が異なる場合があります。
