医療・電力・交通など、社会を止めないシステムを設計から手がける

ソフトウェアエンジニアを募集します。

短期案件の掛け持ちや、場当たり的な開発ではありません。

腰を据えて、技術と向き合える環境です。

開発実績(一例)

・粒子線がん治療システム

・電力系統安定化システム

・ITS(高速道路交通システム)

・地域防災無線システム

※派手さはありませんが、「止まってはいけない」システムを支え続けています。

■ 仕事内容

ご経験・志向に応じて、以下の業務をお任せします。

・顧客との仕様検討、要件定義

・基本設計/詳細設計(必ずレビューあり)

・実装、テスト

・技術的な検討、方式設計

<ポイント>

・工程固定はありません(設計だけ/実装だけにならない)

・経験3年以上の方は設計工程に積極参加

・案件は数年単位の長期開発が中心

・客先常駐はありません。100%自社内開発です。

・OS:Windows、Linux

・言語:

C++(制御・組込系)

C# / Java(業務系)

Python(検証・ツール作成)

・DB:Oracle、PostgreSQL

【必須要件】

・ソフトウェア開発の実務経験3年以上

【歓迎要件】

・要件定義・基本設計の経験

・IoT/制御系/業務システムの開発経験

・チーム開発・レビュー経験

・C++での開発経験がある方

勤務時間・曜日:

在宅勤務制度あり

※条件につきましては、面接時にご確認ください。

フレックスタイム制(標準労働時間7.75時間/日、コアタイム:10:00~16:30、フレキシブルタイム:9:00~10:00、16:30~17:30)

勤務日:月曜~金曜(土日休日、完全週休二日制)

休憩時間:12:15~13:00

※勤務時間帯、フレックスタイムの時間帯については応相談

・月給:201,000円~+諸手当

・賞与:年2回(6月、12月)

・昇給:年1回(4月)

・職務手当(SE10,000円、PL20,000円)

・管理職手当(20,000円~40,000円)

・貢献度手当(最大132,000円)※毎年見直し

・家族手当(18歳未満1人につき5,000円)

・業績手当(最大60,000円)

・通勤手当(上限35,000円)

・年収380万円 入社1年目 プログラマー(月給248,000円+賞与)

・年収450万円 入社5年目 システムエンジニア(月給271,000円+賞与)

・年収550万円 入社10年目 プロジェクトリーダー(月給308,000円+賞与)
