【仕事内容】

新規プロダクトの提案営業をお任せします。単なる営業活動にとどまらず、マーケティングやプロモーション企画にも裁量大きく携わることができ、事業の立ち上げを主体的に担えるポジションです。

<扱う商材>

スマートフォン用カメラなどに使われる検査用光源装置に次ぐ、全く新しい自社プロダクトです。顧客の課題を解決する付加価値の高いソリューションを提供します。

<提案先>

既存事業で取引のある大手半導体メーカーをはじめ、全国の製造業の工場が主な顧客となります。

<仕事の流れ>

現在は製品化に向けた準備段階のため、まずは市場調査からスタートします。

  • 顧客訪問・ヒアリング

「どのような製品であれば導入したいか」といったニーズや課題を深掘りします。

  • マーケティング・企画

ヒアリング内容を基に、ニーズのある市場の特定や、最適なプロモーション戦略(カタログ、HP、動画制作など)の企画立案を行います。

  • 製品化後の営業活動

製品リリース後は、本格的な提案営業をお任せします。自ら開拓した市場で、主体的に事業を拡大していく手応えを感じられます。

<営業スタイル>

週に1回程度の出張が発生します。例えば、月曜と金曜はオフィスで企画業務や資料作成を行い、火曜から木曜は九州や名古屋、大阪などの顧客先へ訪問するといった働き方をしている社員が多いです。

  • 入社後の教育・キャリア

入社後は、メーカーでの営業・マーケター経験が豊富なリーダーのもとでOJTを実施します。半導体に関する専門知識や製品知識は、入社後に基礎からしっかりと学べる環境です。キャリアパスとしては、この新規事業部門にはまだロールモデルがいませんが、実績を積むことで、将来的に後輩を育成するマネジメント職や、より専門性を高める企画職など、希望や適性に応じたキャリアを築いていくことが期待されます。

事業拡大のための増員募集です。

半導体製造に不可欠な検査用光源装置を主力とし、世界市場でも高い評価を得ている同社。特に「スマートフォン用カメラ検査光源」のニッチな市場にて高いシェア率を誇ります。この安定した経営基盤のもと、同社は次なる成長ドライバーを創出するため、全く新しいプロダクトの開発に着手しました。将来の製品化に向けて顧客の潜在的なニーズを探る市場調査から始めており、今回はこの新規事業の本格始動と将来の組織拡大を見据えた増員募集です。

【給与】

500万円〜700万円

月給制 基本給200000円〜

残業代全額支給

  • 一律(固定)手当
  • 変動手当

住宅手当 賃貸料またはローン支払い額の80%を補助(上限月5万円)

家族手当 扶養者1人あたり月5,000円(上限あり)
