主な業務内容

━━━━━━━━

月間数十万件ほど販売実績のあるKDDIの商材(Wi-Fi)を営業代行として、

個人向けに提案営業を行います。

業界未経験でも安心して成果を出せるよう、トークスクリプトや顧客管理などの営業フローは徹底的に整備しています。

本部署は立ち上げ間もないこともあり、定着・1人前となった暁には、マネジメント業務もお任せし、事業・組織の拡大に向けた活躍も期待しております。

売れる仕組みに乗ることで、最短2ヶ月で月収100万円超も狙える環境です

具体的には、

訪問先のリストを見ながら、訪問先を自由に決めて一軒ずつ訪問します。

最初のうちは効率よく回れるよう上長が作成しますが、慣れてきたら希望の訪問先を回っていただいてもOKです

また成果を出していけば子会社社長として、

マネジメント業務や事業計画の立案、採用まで幅広い内容も徐々にお任せさせていただきます。

入社後の流れ

【STEP1】研修(1日間)

弊社は未経験でも「売れる仕組み」を確立しています。営業活動を行う前にしっかり営業基礎、商品知識、実践トーク、ロープレなど上司から研修を受けていただきます。

【STEP2】営業活動開始

Wi-Fi(電気/ガスなど)の営業活動を行います。

【STEP3】顧客フォロー

ご契約いただいた顧客のフォローを行います。

基本的に弊社システムで顧客管理を行うので、問い合わせいただいた顧客のみアフターフォローしていただきます。

入社~1人前になるまで

━━━━━━━━━━━━━

【1日程度】

座学(オフライン)研修を実施。営業マンとしての基礎、営業方法を学んでいただきます。

【1か月程度】

OJTメインで先輩社員の指導を受けながら、実務を通して実際の業務を覚え、身に着けていただきます。初月から結果が出る方がほとんどなので、遅くとも2ヶ月程度で1人前のメンバーとして独り立ちいただくことを想定しております。

【2ヶ月~半年目途】

適性を見ていきながら、マネージャーや事業責任者としてのポジションになっていただくことを想定しております。

※オンボーディング期間は月1回程度の面談等で習得度合をチェックしたり、悩みを相談することができ、安心して就業できます。

目立たない、かつ無地の動きやすい服装で問題ございません。

参考としてですが、夏場はポロシャツで冬場は無地のパーカー等の上着OKです。
