[仕事内容]:

正社員 自動車の教習インストラクター募集

技能講習をメインに担当していただきます

具体的には...

教習生と車に乗車し、一対一の指導

ハンドル操作や停車、発信する際の安全確認など

運転時の必要なスキルを教習生にお教えします

※1コマ50分・休憩10分

※多い時には11コマをお願いする場合あり

※指導はチーム制で運営

入社後、まずは

「教習指導員資格」取得を目指し、

座学、実技を勉強していきます

学園内や教習所協会の研修で、

9割以上の方が合格しています

資格取得後は先輩教習指導員の教習に同乗し、

教えるコツを学んでいきましょう

  • ステップアップできる環境

まずは、乗り慣れている普通自動車を教えられる

資格をしていきます

慣れてきたら、バイクなどの二輪車や、

準中型などの小型トラックなど、

教習できる車両の幅を広げていきましょう

ディーラーでの車販売スタッフ(営業スタッフ)や公務員、

サービス業、接客業等、他業種からの転職者活躍中

※経験や年齢、能力を考慮し決定します

月給20万7400円〜26万7500円

  • 試用期間(5か月)あり

月給202400〜206300円

※別途、特別手当あり(5万円)

※期間中は契約社員となり、

期間終了後、正社員として雇用
