【業務内容】

採用支援における広告運用・提案営業を中心に、クライアントの採用成功に向けたコンサルティング業務を担っていただきます。

単なる運用担当ではなく、事業成長に直結する戦略設計から実行までを一貫して担当

経営層との距離が近く、意思決定のスピードも早いため、提案が即実行に移るダイナミズムを実感できます

  • 採用課題のヒアリング・戦略立案
  • 新規・既存顧客への提案営業
  • データ分析・改善提案
  • マネジメント(3〜6名チーム運営/ナレッジ化推進)

  • 担当クライアント:5〜20社(中堅~大手企業/難易度による)

Step1:コンサルタントGM(月収50〜60万円)

  • チームを率いながら提案力・マネジメント力を磨く

Step2:執行役員(月収60〜80万円)

  • 複数事業を統括し、会社全体を動かす存在へ

Step3:取締役(月収80〜120万円)

  • 経営戦略を担い、代表の右腕として組織を牽引

年収 6,000,000円〜10,000,000円

  • 昇給・賞与(年2回)あり

固定残業代:なし

勤務時間を超えた分については別途残業代を支給する
