仕事概要


WEBサイトやアプリケーションの企画案件のプロジェクトの進行管理やクライアントとのコミュニケーションを通じて、IT業界でのスキルを身につけ、チームの中心となってプロジェクトを成功に導く役割をお任せします。 先輩ディレクターのサポートを受けながら、少しずつ責任ある業務にチャレンジしていただきます。 経験が浅い方も、将来的にはプロジェクトマネージャーやシニアディレクターへとキャリアアップが目指せます 【業務内容】 ・プロジェクトの進行管理およびスケジュール調整 ・クライアントとのコミュニケーションおよび報告 ・チームメンバーとの連携によるタスク管理と品質管理 ・先輩ディレクターのサポート業務 ・プロジェクトの提案および課題解決 【プロジェクト例】 ・ゲームの公式サイトやゲーム内イベント告知用の特設ページ ・ゲームのプロモーションとしてのミニゲームや特製企画ページ ・アニメの公式サイト ・自社開発のシステムが入ったサイト ・コーポレートサイト、ECサイト、採用サイト \\POINT// ディレクションバックアップ制度を通じて未経験からディレクター職にチャレンジもできます 最前線で活躍するクリエイターがメンターとなり、サポートを行います。 ディレクションとは?の知識やコツの吸収 メンターと実践を想定した、仮想クライアントとのヒアリングから要件定義 提案や要件定義署の作成、設計から企画まで担当 サイトマップ、ワイヤーフレームの作成 など 少しでも興味を持っていただいた方、まずはONのオフィスに遊びにいらっしゃってください。 雰囲気を見ていただいて、ONの社内の雰囲気を肌で感じてください。 ご応募をお待ちしております

・基本的なPCスキル(Excel、PowerPoint、スプレッドシートの操作が得意な方)

・ディレクター経験がある方 ・クライアントとの折衝経験 ・進捗進行管理の経験 ・CMS使用した経験 ・WEBデザインの経験(個人制作含む) ・大型サイト扱うプロジェクトを扱った経験 ・HTML,Java script,CSSの知識 ・GAを使用経験 ・SEO対策の知識 ・マーケティングの知見

応募概要


給与

【月給】 250,000円~ 【備考】 固定残業代( 34,000円 〜/20時間分 )を含む 超過分は別途支給 経験・スキル・前職給与などを考慮の上、当社規定により決定 【諸手当、制度等】 出張手当 交通費支給(上限30,000円/月)

【本社】 〒 東京都渋谷区富ヶ谷 鈴ビル2F ※もしくは1都3県のプロジェクト先

雇用形態

契約社員 ※雇用期間(6ヶ月)で適性を見極める 契約期間終了後に、本人の希望/実績により正社員登用を検討/実施

勤務体系

【勤務時間】 10:00 〜 19:00(実働8時間、休憩1時間) ※もしくはプロジェクト先の勤務時間に準ずる

試用期間

6ヶ月間(この間の給与・待遇等に変わりはありません)
