私たちバルスは、主に3つの事業を展開しています。
- ライブや番組、動画、MV、グッズなどの運営に必要な制作全般を担う「XRプロダクション」
- アーティストの運営をサポートするファンマネジメントツールの「SPWN」
- アニメ制作スタジオ「Ziine Studio」の運営および自社アーティスト・声優番組の運営
これらの事業を行うのは、
「アーティストとファンが世界中のどこにいても一緒に楽しめる場所を創る」という想いから。
住んでいる場所や活動方法に関係なく、世界中のどこからでも活動ができ、
アーティストの届けたいものを世界中のファンに届け、
そのファンからの応援で活動をしていける世界を創りたいと考えています。
ただ、現状、場所や資金がなく十分な収入が得られず
活動ができなくなっているアーティストさんが多いです。
そういった方々に、テレビやスマートフォンの次に来るメディアと言われている
XR技術を活用し、場所に関係なく活動できるプラットフォームと、
その活動できちんと収益化できるツールを提供したいと考えています。
また、これまでに培った技術やノウハウを活用して、今までにない新しい価値を創造すべく、
新規事業も発足しております。

バルスはアーティストとファンの期待の先にある世界を現実にして、
心ときめく「ワオ」体験を提供します。
②「感動にロジックを」
「なぜ」から始まる疑問にロジカルな答えを持っているのがプロ。
ロジカルな答えは、感覚や経験ではなく、数字や事実をベースに
自分の言葉で説明ができること。
③「失敗も前進」
ゴールに到達するために、できない理由を探すより、
できるようにするやり方を考える。
停滞することは衰退と考え、ブレずにゴールを目指す。
バルスは、失敗しても、前進するためのチャレンジから学び続ける
イテレーションを続けます。
現在当社では、さらなる事業拡大を続けていくため「テクノロジー×プロデュース でエンタメ業界を変える」を今後の事業戦略におけるテーマとして掲げ、最新の画像作成技術やXR、メタバースを駆使した新規事業開発プロジェクトを進めています。
この取り組みの一つとして、最新の画像作成技術を活用した長編アニメーション制作プロジェクトを新たに立ち上げました。
このプロジェクトを今後さらに発展させていくため、ハイクオリティな作品の実現を目指し、アニメーション監督としてご活躍いただける方を募集しています。
【業務内容】
脚本から作画、CG、編集、アフレコ、プロモーション活動まで、全制作工程を指揮し、アニメーション作品の完成に向けて監督していただきます。
【具体的な業務内容】
▼アニメーション作品全体のクリエイティブ監督
・プロジェクトの企画立案、構築段階から参画し、作品のテーマ、トーン、スタイルを設定。
・プロデューサー、脚本家、美術監督と協力し、物語性とビジュアル表現の調和を図る。
・クリエイティブ面での最終決定権を持ち、全体の方性を維持する。
▼シナリオおよびビジュアルコンセプトの監修
・脚本および絵コンテ段階でのストーリー展開、キャラクター設定、シーン構成のチェックと改善。
・シナリオの改稿や演出意図の明確化を通じて、視聴者に共感を呼ぶストーリーを実現。
・アートディレクションを担い、背景美術やキャラクターデザインがシナリオと一致するよう指導。
▼音響監督やCGディレクターとの連携および指揮
・音響監督と協力し、BGM、効果音、キャラクターボイスを用いた音響演出を企画、実施。
・CGディレクターやVFXチームと連携し、映像のリアリティとダイナミズムを追求。
・主要スタッフとの定期ミーティングを実施し、制作進行を共有しつつ課題を解決。
