当社は、テクノロジーを活用して行政サービスのDX(デジタルトランスフォーメーション)を支援するGovTech企業です。全国の自治体様との取引拡大に伴い、経理業務を中心にバックオフィスから事業を支えていただける経理スタッフ(アルバイト)を募集します

【具体的な仕事内容】

・freee会計による仕分け

・バクラクによる請求書の作成および発送

・各種書類や郵便物などの発送

・資料作成・各種データ入力

・電話の取次ぎ、来客対応

・ファイリング、備品管理 など

【アピールポイント】

・10-19時の中でシフト制柔軟な働き方が可能

週3日~、1日4時間以上から勤務可能(例:10:00~15:00、11:00~17:00など)。月ごとのシフト提出で、お子様の学校行事などに合わせたお休みや時間調整も柔軟に対応します。

・一部在宅勤務OK

業務に慣れてきたら、火曜日・木曜日は在宅での勤務も可能です。

求めている人材


【必須】

・パソコンを使った事務経験をお持ちの方歓迎

・仕訳入力を含む基本的な経理業務の実務経験

・簿記三級以上

【歓迎】

・SlackやChatworkなど、チャット環境での就業経験

・freeeなどクラウド会計ソフトの利用経験

勤務時間詳細


勤務時間はシフト制となります。

具体的には、以下の通りです。

  • 10:00~19:00の間で1日4時間以上

(シフト例:10:00~18:00、10:00~17:00、11:00~18:00 など、ご都合に合わせて変更可能です。日ごと・曜日ごとに変えることも可能です。)

  • 休憩時間は、シフト時間に合わせて 0〜60分 で選択可能です。
  • 残業は基本的にはありませんが、業務状況に応じてお願いすることがあります。
  • シフトは毎月提出していただくため相談可能です。柔軟に対応いたしますので、ライフスタイルに合わせた働き方ができます。

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1500円 〜 2000円

※月次決算の実務経験がある方は、時給を優遇いたします 経験・スキルを考慮し決定します
