仕事内容:

弁護士11名、事務局9名、司法書士1名の事務所です。

弊所で働く事務員さんの多くは新卒から未経験で入所されており、法学部で学んだ知識を生かしたい、法律関係の資格を取得したい、という方が多いです。

事務員さんの仕事は、弁護士の仕事をサポートすることで、依頼者の利益を守る、という非常に重要なものです。

そのため、日々責任感をもって業務にあたってくださる方を募集しています。

【主な職務内容】

・電話応対

・来客者応対

・裁判所,郵便局等の外回り

・文書作成補助

・書類整理、記録作成

・整理整頓、掃除、その他雑務全般

・その他弁護士業務の補助作業

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務日等:月~土の中で週5日、

①9:30~18:30、

②10:00~19:00、

③11:00~20:00

のいずれかの勤務時間でのシフト制です。(実働8時間、休憩時間1時間)

休日:日数は、土日祝,年末年始休暇6日(12月29日~1月3日)の合計数とし、休日とする日は勤務シフトによる。

※勤務場所は、国分寺オフィス、八王子オフィス、立川オフィスの3か所です。

休暇・休日:

シフト制で、週休2日、年末年始休暇は12月29日~1月3日です。

産休・育休制度あり。

有給取得も推奨しています。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥230,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥10,000(5時間30分相当分)を含む。5時間30分を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

昇給は年1回、賞与は、業績により、年2回支給される場合があります。

また、退職金制度あり(在籍年数要件あり)

・賞与は業績により支給する場合あり
