顧客・ユーザーと直接会話し、ニーズや現在の業務を理解する
2、要件定義・設計
Salesforceの機能をベースに新たな業務をデザイン
3、導入
ソリューション構築・テスト、教育、移行
4、活用支援
定着化・活用支援、データ分析支援
