仕事内容:

東京都渋谷区に位置する、当社クライアントである外資系製薬会社の東京オフィスに当社メンバーと共に常駐していただき、クライアントオフィスで働く従業員の皆様が快適に過ごせるよう、ドリンク設備の準備・清掃・トラブル対応を通じて、チームと連携しながら⽇々のオフィス運営を⽀えていただきます。

特にホスピタリティ業界でのご経験をお持ちの⽅は、これまで培ったスキルを活かして活躍できるポジションです。

【主な業務内容】

・コーヒーマシンの清掃、豆・ミルクの補充

・ウォーターサーバー等の清掃

・上記に関わる在庫管理、周辺の整理整頓

・オフィス内ショップ・ウォーターサーバー・コーヒーマシン等のベンダー対応

・常駐先のクライアント先従業員の方とのコミュニケーション、ヘルプデスク 等

勤務時間・曜日:

雇用契約: 契約社員 (正社員登用あり)

※1年更新(更新回数上限なし)

※更新基準:会社業績や個人のパフォーマンスによる

※契約開始日から5年経過となる日に、無期労働契約に基づき、無期契約社員での雇用に転換することが出来ます。

給与 : 月給22万円~24万円(残業手当別途支給)

試用期間: 3か月(本採用時と条件に変化なし)

勤務時間: 09:00~18:00の実働8時間勤務

(勤務内容・裁量による勤務時間変更の可能性あり)

休暇・休日:

完全週休二日制(土日)

祝日

年末年始

年間休日120日程度

有給休暇:取得率80%以上

産前産後休暇・育児休暇:復帰率90%

慶弔休暇

1年ごとの契約更新時に給与額改定あり
