池田食品では、北海道から全国へ、豆菓子・ナッツ菓子・かりんとうなどのお菓子をお届けしています。

製造現場では毎日多くの「記録」と「データ」が生まれ、それらを正しく整理・活用することが品質と生産性の向上につながります。

今回、製造部門と営業部門をつなぎ、記録類の管理や生産計画づくりを支えるスタッフを募集します。

製造現場・品質保証・営業部が連携する中心的なポジションです。

・Excelやシステム操作が得意な方は活躍しやすい環境です。

・食品製造の基礎は入社後に学べるため、未経験でもOK。

・丁寧に記録を扱い、ものごとを整理することが得意な方に向いています

仕事内容

  • 工場記録の管理業務

製造現場で必要となる各種記録の運用をお願いします。

<具体的には>

・製造実績(出来高)をデータ化し、集計・分析

・材料在庫の整理や消費予測、発注業務

・社内システムやExcelデータを用いたデータ管理

  • 生産管理サポート

営業と工場、両方と連携して、生産計画に必要な情報をまとめる役割です。

<具体的には>

・営業部門と連携し、受注見込み・受注計画を整理

・過去実績や季節変動を踏まえた受注予測データの作成

・生産計画作成の基礎資料づくり

教育・研修について


入社後はまず2〜3週間程度工場研修を行います。

お豆・かりんとう・包装の3部門を順番にまわっていただき、先輩について実際に作業を行います。

研修報告も都度行うため、その日わからなかったことなどもすぐに聞いていただけます。

求める人物像


未経験者応募OK、第二新卒応募OK

Microsoft(Excel)で関数(SUM、四則演算など)を使い、表を作成できる方尚可

年齢


40歳未満の方(例外3)

(例外事由3号イ)長期勤続によるキャリア形成目的のための年齢制限

時間


8:30〜17:30(休憩60分/実働8時間)

残業


月20時間に満たない程度です(12〜1月の繁忙期は多少増える場合有)

※早出・残業が生じたときは別途法定通り時間外手当支給

休日


日曜・祝日、当社指定の土曜日

※土曜は10月・11月(月2回)、12月・1月(月4回)勤務がありますが、この繁忙期以外はほぼお休みとなっています。

※有給消化推進中

年末年始、お盆休暇、有給休暇、産前産後休業、育児休業

※有給は連休取得も可能。プライベートも大事にできます。

月給220,000円

※時間外手当は全額支給します

308万円(月給22万円、賞与2回含む)
