Location: Real Estate AM Mid-Office
Position Highlights

Responsibilities
Asset Management Duties

• Drive the full process from acquisition to mid-term management and disposition in securitized projects, in collaboration with front-office staff
• Proactively engage in asset management activities aiming for value enhancement at each phase

Specifically

• Mid-term operations (preparing operational plans, cash management, PM control, lender covenant compliance, dividends, etc.)
• Preparation of AM reports
• Reporting and coordination with investors and lenders (mainly in English)
• Providing instructions to trust banks, PM companies, and outsourced accounting firms
• Documentation tasks (including refinancing)
• Fund structuring (structure planning, entity setup, underwriting, budgeting, etc.)
• Acquisition/Disposition activities (documentation, finance closing, exit strategy planning, etc.)

Employment Type
Full-time employee (6-month probationary period treated as a contract employee)

Required Skills

• Experience in real estate AM firms, brokerage firms, financial institutions, or private funds
• Business-level English skills (TOEIC 735 or above recommended)

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate Transaction Agent, Certified Master of the Real Estate Securitization Association, etc.
• Experience in real estate-related businesses (construction companies, trading companies, etc.)
• Accounting knowledge
