【仕事内容】

当社の提供しているクラウド型ビジネスチャットツール「Chatwork」の Android モバイルアプリケーションの開発を担当していただきます。

価値提供するための機能開発に加え、使用する共通の技術インフラストラクチャ、ツール、サービスの設計・開発を行っていただきます。

サービス価値の向上を容易にし、加速するユーザー拡大に耐えるべく、Android アプリケーション領域のリアーキテクティングやCI/CD改善などもしていただきます。

結果として、今後の事業計画を押し上げ、開発メンバーを増員することでさらなる生産性向上ができる状態を目指します。領域をまたいでのコミュニケーションも必要に応じて行っていただきます。

【具体的には】

・「Chatwork」Androidアプリの機能開発とリリース

・マルチモジュール化、Clean Architecture化など技術負債の解消やより可用性の高い設計への変更

・GitHub Actionsを活用したリリースフローの改善

・GitHub Actionsを活用したCIの改善

・既存APIのGraphQL

・コーディングスタイルガイドやドキュメント整備

・部署異動等により当社業務全般へ変更する場合があります(出向含む)

【求める人材】

【必須】

・Android アプリの開発経験 (Kotlin)

・Android アプリのアーキテクチャーの設計の経験

・Android アプリの技術選定の経験

・Android のフレームワークにおける深い知識

・チームでの開発経験

・大規模ユーザーがいるサービスのモバイルアプリケーション開発経験

・ユーザー体験を意識した UI 実装、設計、提案力

・CI/CDの構築経験

・フロー効率を意識して開発プロセスの改善経験

・four keysはじめ開発生産性を意識した取り組み経験

・テスト自動化の経験

【給与】

年収850~1100万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
