■業務内容:

・スポーツ・アパレル向けのサポーターやフィットネス製品の企画・開発

・小売店舗やECでの販売を見据えた商品戦略の立案

・海外OEMメーカーとの連携による製品開発

<企画内容>

医療分野で培った技術と信頼をベースに、会社の新しい柱としてリテール向けの「スポーツ・アパレル」領域への展開を進めています。

商品開発プロジェクトマネージャーとして事業を牽引していただける方を募集します。このポジションは、会社の新たな事業の柱となる製品の企画・開発を担い、事業の成長と多角化を推進する重要な役割を果たします。

■組織構成:4名

企画本部長の下についてリテール向け製品のプロジェクトを担当していただきます。装具部門で営業をしていた社員などいろんな社員が在籍しており、意見を交わしやすい環境です

■キャリアパス:

ご経験や適性に応じて、プロジェクトマネージャー、課長ポジションをお任せしたいと考えています。まずはリテール事業での活躍を期待していますが、将来的には当社の中核である医療機器など、より専門性の高い分野へのキャリア展開も視野に入れています。新しい挑戦を通じて、長期的に成長していきたい方を歓迎します。

資格

■歓迎条件:

・スポーツ用品、アパレル、フィットネス関連商品の企画・販促経験者

・小売り業界で商品開発やマーケティングに携わった経験のある方

・英語を使い海外メーカーとやり取りができる方

<語学力>

必要条件:英語中級

<語学補足>

・英語(海外メーカーとのやり取りがあるため)
