【職務内容】
- 製造実務を行いながら、下記でのリーダーシップを発揮いただきます。
- 担当領域内における目標を達成するために、経験的知識や技能をもって業務を遂行し、成果を導き出すと共に後輩の指導を行う
- 部門の戦略的な目標を達成するために、横断的に状況を把握し成果を導き出し、プロジェクト等の非定常業務において、リーダーとしてプロジェクトのマネジメントを行う
【業務詳細】
- 医薬品固形製剤の製造工程(秤量/造粒・整粒/混合/打錠・カプセル充填)において、自らオペレーターとして医薬品製造の納期遵守・効率化に貢献するとともに、その専門性をベースに後輩社員等への指導育成の実施
- 上記担当領域のSOP作成、改訂をリードする。そのため、英語のSOPの日本語への翻訳、日本語版の英訳
- 担当業務(プロジェクト、異常逸脱対応、業務改善BPE、SOP改定など)について全体を取りまとめ、マネジメントへの報告・承認取得をリード
- ローカルプロジェクトをリードしたプロジェクトのマネジメント(部門間調整、業務配分、進捗管理など)。
- グローバルプロジェクトに参画し、リーダーを補佐を行う
- リソースマネジメント・タイムマネジメント
- 消耗品、部品の在庫管理と共に担当領域における経費管理を行うことが求められる。
<応募資格>
【経験】
- 固形製剤の製造機器オペレーター実務経験
- 医薬品の製造管理に関する知識(GMP関連)
【資格】
- 工業高等専門学校・大学卒以上、もしくは同等の能力と経験を有する者
