【宮原学童】は、大阪市の放課後児童健全育成事業として、三国小学校・新高小学校・北中島小学校の児童を受け入れている、子どもたちのための機関です。

子ども達は放課後の時間、みんなで外で遊んだり、宿題をしたり、おやつを食べたりしながら、保護者のお迎えまで楽しく過ごしています。

あなたには、その間の子ども達のサポート業務をお任せします。

【具体的には下記業務をお任せ致します】

子どもたちと日々の会話

子ども同士の関係づくり

お出かけなどの引率

おやつ作りなどの簡単な調理補助

学校から学童までの送迎

子どもの宿題フォロー

健全な遊び方の指導、遊びの見守りなど

※宮原学童では、けん玉や鬼ごっこ、ドッチボールなど昔ながらの遊びを大切にしています。

※最初は簡単な業務からお任せしていきますので、ご安心ください。

※子どもの成長に関わるサポート業務のお仕事になります。

※業務に関しては、丁寧に指導させて頂きますので、少しずつ慣れていけます。

※これまでアルバイトやパートが初めてという方も大歓迎。

※「子どもが好き」「教育に興味がある」「地域に貢献したい」という方にはピッタリ

  • 以下のいずれかの資格、経験をお持ちの方(どれか1つ当てはまればOKアルバイト経験もOK)

・放課後児童支援員

・社会福祉士

・保育士

・幼稚園教諭

・小・中・高校の教員免許

・学童や児童福祉事業に2年以上勤務経験がある

  • 歓迎

・学童未経験者歓迎

・子ども好きな方

・身体を動かすことが好きな方歓迎

・元気な方が活躍中

・コミュニケーションを円滑にできる方

・主婦・主夫の方も歓迎(お子様の体調不良等の急なシフト交代にも対応します※子連れ勤務はできません)

勤務時間詳細


シフト制

週3日以上(月~土曜内)

勤務時間(平日)13:00~19:15(内3時間からOK)

勤務時間(土曜)8:00~19:15(内3時間からK)

※シフト希望は毎月提出。希望を最大原考慮します。

※シフト例:8:00~13:00、13:00~19:15、14:00~18:00、16:00~19:15など

休日休暇


シフト、勤務開始日は最大限に考慮いたします。まずはご応募をお願いします。

学童は日・祝日は閉所です。夏季・冬季の休所があります。

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1220円 〜 1270円

※試用期間:最長3ヶ月間、成長も考慮して試用期間の短縮がある場合があります(条件に変更はなし)

※有資格者(保育士、社会福祉士、幼稚園教諭、小学生教諭免許など)優遇

※交通費支給あり

当学童は子どもたちにとって、放課後の時間を過ごす、かけがえのない場所です。

在籍の長い子どもは、小学生1年生の入学から6年生の卒業までの期間を過ごします。

子どもらしさを全開に発揮し、友達との絆が出来たり、ともに成長していく学大切な空間となっています。
