◎館内の巡回・点検

チェックシートをもとに

・電気

・空調

・エレベーター

・消防

・防犯設備 などが

正常に作動しているか点検します

◎簡単なメンテナンス

・電球の交換

・機材の不具合 など

基本はマニュアル通りに

『正常かどうか』を見ていく

ルーティン作業です◎

もし、設備に異常があった際は

先輩・上司に指示をもらえばOK

2~5人のチームでお仕事を進めますので

サポート体制も万全

未経験でも安心です♪

【1日の流れの例】

・9:30 朝礼

・10:00~各種点検作業

建物内を巡回しチェックシートをもとに点検

・12:00~13:00

昼休憩

・13:00~各種メーター点検

電気や水道などメーター確認、データ入力

・14:00~打ち合わせ

設備工事業者とスケジュール確認

・16:00~管理室待機

何もない時は管理室で待機

・17:50~終礼

・18:00 終業

※緊急・トラブルなどなければ、

基本定時退社です
