介護高齢者保健施設で、看護師として入退居者の薬袋管理や処置などの医療的ケアをお願いします。

経験がある方は必見です最寄りの駅から徒歩5分程度です

・入退居者の薬袋管理(眠前薬や翌日分の薬袋準備)

・処置や医療的ケア

・カンファレンスや判定会参加

・一部介護職のナースコール対応サポート

・PC入力等デスクワーク(電子カルテ:未来図)

・排せつ介助

・胃ろう

・退職予定者のバイタルチェック

・要観察者対応
