アーティストグッズのEC運営・販売管理|フレックスタイム制

【仕事内容】

アーティストの魅力を、グッズを通してファンに届ける仕事です

アーティストグッズの商品企画・制作を行う部門にて販売管理の担当として店舗・物販支援、在庫管理、売上管理、ECサイト「EXILE TRIBE STATION」の運営をご担当いただきます。ファンの皆様へグッズを通してエンタテインメントを届ける役割を担い、自身が携わった商品を手にライブで盛り上がる光景を目にできる、やりがいの大きな仕事です。

【具体的な仕事内容】

(1)MD計画・売上管理

・各プロジェクト売上予算に応じたMD計画、販売スケジュールの作成

・商品の発注数、販売価格の決定

・商品の仕入、卸業務

・各販路(EC、店舗、ライブ会場)の売上集計、在庫集計、消化予測、分析

・ECサイト運営業務(商品情報集約など)

※商品登録やメルマガ配信など一部外部委託

・店舗管理、ツアー会場物販管理、営業サポート

※ツアー会場物販販売は一部外部委託

(2)オフィシャルグッズ・ディストリビューター業務

・各販路への商品の分配、在庫調整、出荷依頼

・在庫集計、消化予測、分析

【組織構成について】

配属先の販売管理ルームは現在5名体制です。部署内で連携を取りながら、少しずつ業務をお任せしていきますので、安心してスタートできます。

これまでのご経験を活かし、エンタメ業界でさらにキャリアを広げたい方をお待ちしています。

  • 必須条件

・基本的なPCスキル(ExcelでVLOOKUP関数などを使用したことがある方)

  • 歓迎条件

・販売管理、売上管理、在庫管理いずれかのご経験

・ECサイト運営のご経験

・Illustrator、Photoshop、Google Analyticsの操作経験

  • 平均残業時間は月20時間前後です。

【給与】

年俸 360万円〜430万800円

支払方法:年俸の1/12を毎月支給

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代 74,600円 〜 89,200円

みなし残業時間 45時間

※試用期間は3ヶ月です。その他待遇に変更はありません。
