職務内容

  • 業務ローテーションで経理スキルを広く、確実に身につけられる環境
  • 決算業務の申告書作成は税理士対応のため、経理の日常業務を中心に広く携われるポジション
  • 残業が少なめでワークライフバランス重視の方向け

  • 年間有休取得10日以上で実質年間休日120日相当

  • 豊富な管理物件(分譲マンション)で定期的に発生する大規模修繕工事を請け負うため、景気に左右されず経営は安定

<職務内容>

下記の業務について、OJTをしながらジョブローテーションいたします。

各業務を3か月~半年を目安に1年から2年程度を想定しています。

・支払処理

・入金管理

・売上計上

・経費精算(社員の交通費、領収書等)

・原価管理システムの伝票入力

上記、ご経験した後、3~5年後に携わっていただきます。

決算業務

※決算資料等の取りまとめまでは自社で行い、申告書の作成は税理士が対応している
