Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Engineer to play a key role in driving production success.
This position focuses on improving operational efficiency, enhancing quality, and supporting both divisional and global objectives within a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Process Innovation:
Introduce and implement new equipment and processes while continuously optimizing existing systems to maximize quality and productivity.
Automation Leadership:
Develop and upgrade automation systems in close collaboration with global engineering teams.
Quality Consistency:
Provide essential technical guidance to Operations to maintain high and consistent quality standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Lead or actively participate in key quality and process improvement projects.
Global Collaboration:
Work closely with global CIM, IT, and MES teams to ensure alignment with global manufacturing standards.
Resource Management:
Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets and oversee spare parts inventory effectively.
Training & Development:
Plan and deliver technical training sessions for operations and relevant stakeholders.
Professional Growth:
Lead projects, contribute as a strong team member, and pursue continuous self-development.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Minimum of 3 years' hands-on engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (or relevant IT experience)
Strong knowledge of PLCs, control systems, and I/O devices
Proficiency in programming languages such as C, VB, and SQL
Solid understanding of electrical or mechanical engineering principles
Experience working within GMP and/or ISO 9001 environments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Highly motivated, collaborative team player
