来店されたお客様に、軽自動車をご提案する

お仕事です。完全分業制を導入しているため

納車準備や車検案内は専任スタッフが担当。

あなたは目の前のお客様への提案に集中できます

軽自動車の新車・未使用車の販売、

営業事務スタッフのお仕事です

  • 具体的な業務内容

・商談、接客

・契約手続き

・電話応対

新品同様の車を、

中古車と同等の価格で販売しているため、

商談は難しくありません。

アンケートの取り方から車の紹介など

フローが決まっているため、車販売に関する

経験や知識がなくてもOKです

応募資格・条件


既卒・第二新卒歓迎 / 未経験OK

高校卒以上 / 未経験OK

要普通自動車免許

  • 接客、店舗運営、車が好きなど少しでも興味がある方は歓迎です。
  • 安心の教育環境があるので自動車業界未経験でもOK異業種の方でも活躍できます
  • 個人ノルマはなし、チームで成果を出すことを重視します。

シフト制

1日あたりの実働時間:最大8時間

  • 1日の流れ(例)

09:45~ 朝礼・店舗の清掃

10:00~ お客様対応、商談

12:00~ 休憩(1時間)

13:00~ 契約書類の作成、お客様対応

18:00~ 展示車の片付け、終業準備

18:45 退勤(平均残業は月10h程度と少なめです)

給与


月給 238,000円 ~ 321,000円 (※想定年収 3,200,000円 ~ 4,320,000円)

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代 34,200円 ~ 67,500円

みなし残業時間 19時間 〜 29時間

年収 3,200,000円 ~(※月給換算 238,000円 ~ 321,000円)

※経験・年齢を考慮し、当社規定により決定いたします。

月給は固定手当を含めた表記です。

上記額にはみなし残業代(月19~29時間分、34,200~67,500円分)を含みます。

※超過分は全額支給します。

※平均残業時間は10時間、繁忙期は20時間程度です。

※ 雇用形態と給与に、本採用時と異なる部分があります。

雇用形態:中途採用(契約社員)

給与:本採用時と同じです。

試用期間中は賞与対象外です

年収例


5,100,000円 / 入社8年目・店長

4,000,000円 / 入社7年目・リーダー

3,500,000円 / 入社2年目・スタッフ

店舗定休日:第1・3火曜・毎週水曜

※祝日は営業

ローテーション休で土日休みも取得可能です。
