NewsPicks 広告事業である「Brand Design」の編集者を募集しております。

NewsPicks Brand Designは、『信じられる、広告を。』をミッションステートメントに掲げ、「クライアント企業のメッセージ」と「NewsPicks読者の興味・関心」の核と核と(Core to Core)を深々と貫く、価値の高いコンテンツを生み出すことを目指しています。

ビジネスメディアの視点を活かした独創的なコンテンツ企画制作を通じて、企業のブランディング課題の解決や、企業のマーケティング課題の解決に貢献することに関心があるメディア編集者を募集します。

具体的な業務内容


NewsPicksの広告事業における編集者として、クライアント企業のビジネス課題を理解し、NewsPicksユーザーに価値ある情報を届ける広告コンテンツの企画・制作・編集業務全般を担当していただきます。

  • セールスと連携し、クライアントへのニーズヒアリング、企画提案
  • NewsPicks広告タイアップ記事の企画・取材・編集・制作(月3-5本程度)
  • デザイナー、外部ライター等と連携した制作進行管理
  • イベントや動画などのコンテンツディレクション
  • イベントのモデレート業務

求める経験・スキル


【必須条件】

  • ご経験・スキル

  • 編集者としての経験が5年以上お持ちの方

  • 一定数以上の読者数 (目安1万人以上)を持つ媒体での編集担当経験をお持ちの方

  • クライアントワークのご経験をお持ちの方

  • 指向性

  • 経済メディア・ビジネス領域のコンテンツに興味関心がある方

  • コンテンツを通じて企業のマーケティング・ブランディング課題解決に関心のある方
  • メディアにおけるコンテンツ起点の商品開発、事業開発に関心のある方
  • 常に最適解を模索し、既存のやり方にこだわらず、柔軟に物事を進めていける方

  • マネジメント経験(プロジェクト管理、チームリード等)
  • コンテンツマーケティングの知見(KPI設計、効果測定等)
  • イベント企画・運営経験
  • モデレート経験(パネルディスカッション、対談等)
