仕事内容


企画提案営業【TV通販「ショップジャパン」運営/商品企画×マーケティングが強み/NTTドコモG】

【仕事内容】

ドラッグ/家電/ホームセンター/百貨店 など主要小売に対し、自社商品の本部商談を中心に売上拡大・顧客深耕を担う営業ポジションです。外勤による本部商談だけでなく、POS分析・売場企画・提案資料作成・在庫計画・社内連携など、営業の"川上から川下まで一気通貫で事業を動かす"経験が得られます。

そのため、本部商談力/分析力/企画力/推進力を兼ね備えた「事業を創る営業」へと成長できます。一般的な「外勤中心のルート営業」とは異なり、将来のキャリアの財産になる"総合営業力"を身につけたい方に最適な環境です。

【業務内容】

・各小売本部または地区への商談・販促提案

・既存顧客への営業活動および売上管理、在庫管理および受発注の調整(POS分析と課題抽出、改善提案)

・販促施策・売場改善企画、棚割・販売計画の立案(店舗訪問含む)

・営業実績レポート作成、コスト管理

・若手メンバーの育成による組織醸成、チーム全体の営業力強化

※配属ポジションにより、ドラッグ領域の未開拓空白地開拓を担当

・各小売との関係構築・深耕、売上最大化

・POS分析を活用した売場改善・販促提案の実行

・若手メンバーのOJT/メンターとしての育成支援

年収:500~700 万円月給制基本給:320000円残業代:全額支給一律(固定)手当:首都圏手当 20000円変動手当:家族手当 扶養配偶者10,000円 5,000円 5,000円(管理職対象)通勤手当:あり 実費支給 (上限あり50000円)賞与:あり 会社業績連動賞与年1回昇給:あり 年1回
