【JOB SUMMARY】

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting the implementation of multiple system initiatives in a large digital transformation program.

The BSA will be responsible for partnering with product, PMO, and other departments to deploy new technologies by analyzing system/technical features, contributing to solution designs, coordinating development & testing tasks, and other works to achieve the team's goals.

【ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES】
・Responsible for facilitating and supporting all stages of the project life cycle from initiation, scoping, project staffing and project implementation and operation.
・Support leadership and peers in sound technical analysis, solutions, and decision making.
・Develop and maintain a positive relationship with client groups, vendors, project management, and other IT team members, by employing effective communication skills and building strong working relationships.
・Assist with vendor selection and management including oversight of drafting SOWs, RFPs, vendor evaluation, budgeting, and monitoring progress through implementation.
・Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
・Perform other duties as assigned.

【役割と責任】
・開始、範囲設定、プロジェクトの人員配置、プロジェクトの実装と運営に至る、プロジェクトのライフサイクルのすべての段階を促進し、サポートする責任を負います。
・健全な技術分析、ソリューション、意思決定においてリーダーや同僚をサポートします。
・効果的なコミュニケーションスキルを駆使し、強力な仕事上の関係を構築することにより、クライアントグループ、ベンダー、プロジェクト管理、その他のITチームメンバーとの良好な関係を構築し、維持する。
・SOW、RFPの草案作成、ベンダーの評価、予算編成、実装までの進捗状況の監視など、ベンダーの選択と管理を支援します。
・確立された方針、手順、トレーニング、チームメンバーの関与活動に従うことにより、環境、健康、安全の責任を理解し、積極的に参加します。
・その他、与えられた業務を遂行します。
