本格イタリアンレストランでのお仕事です

当社が運営する「イルフォルノドーロ」の店舗運営や管理業務をお任せします。
具体的には、接客・ホール業務、キッチン業務、食材の仕入れ・管理、アルバイト教育、イベント出店、売上・原価管理、シフト管理などを担当していただきます。
料理に興味がある方や経験がある方は調理を主として、店舗運営に携わることもできます。
また、「将来自分の店を開きたい」という方には経営のノウハウも伝えていきます。

勤務時間詳細
総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間
<正社員> 1ヵ月単位の変形労働時間制 週平均実働時間40時間
- 月7日は必ずお休みです
「大切な予定」がある場合は スタッフ同士で話し合い、 調整ができる職場です。
10:00~24:00の間でシフト制 実働8h、休憩2.5h 月7日休み

給与詳細
基本給:月給 25万円 〜
固定残業代:なし
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
一律料理人手当を含む(2万円/月) 一律幹部手当を含む(3万円/月) 固定残業代22,152円を含む/21h相当分 一律深夜手当12,408円を含む/48h相当分 ※超過分は別途支給します。
給与例
正社員スタッフ(店長クラス) 月収30万円の収入。 (月給25万3568円+各種手当)
頑張りはしっかり評価 お店への貢献度などを考慮し、
年次昇給以外でも昇給する事が良くあります。
