トランスコスモスCX事業統括は(マーケティング・セールス・サポート領域での)売上拡大・コスト最適化、DX推進を支援しており、それらを実現する新たなシステム開発を担っていただきます。
求められる課題、要求に対して、必要な機能を検討し、技術的にどう実現できるかを考える上流部分から、設計、技術検証、それを形にするまで一貫して携わっていきます。
技術革新とともに、お客様ニーズの多様化・高度化もしており、新たな技術を取り入れ、素早く開発・検証・フィードバックを繰り返し、開発していくことが求められます。
新たなサービスを具現化していく仕事であり、また弊社事業の中核を支えるシステムとなるので、事業を作り拡大させる非常にやりがいある役割です。
社内にある蓄積されたデータ、技術を組み合わせるだけでなく、全く新しいテクノロジーを取り入れることも可能です。
ただシステムを作るという視点だけではなく、どう課題解決につなげるかというビジネス視点も求められ、広い視野を身につけることができます。

・可用性の高いシステムのアーキテクチャ設計の経験
・アプリケーション及び、インフラの開発・構築経験
・Linuxサーバ/WebやDBのミドルウェア運用経験
・AWSなどパブリッククラウドでの開発経験

・フロントエンド開発JSフレームワーク利用経験(React、Vue)
【給与】
年収800~1500万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
