仕事内容:

【1.社内ヘルプデスク・ドキュメント整理】20%

・PC/スマホ/周辺機器、アカウント、SaaS、ネットワーク等の一次対応・切り分け

・問い合わせの標準化(FAQ/手順書化)、対応品質の平準化

・台帳、手順書、運用フロー、導入資料

【2.キッティング/入社・異動・退職対応(ITオンボーディング/オフボーディング)】10%

・PCセットアップ、ソフト配布、アカウント発行/権限付与、棚卸・資産管理

【3.店舗の出店・退店に伴うIT対応(店舗IT)】10%

・店舗端末・回線・機器の手配、開店/閉店に伴う設定変更・撤去手配

・店舗側・施工/回線ベンダ・各部門との調整

【4.購買(IT資産・通信機器)】5-10%

・PC/周辺備品/スマホ等の選定、見積取得、発注、在庫・予備機管理

・コスト最適化(標準化、更新計画、ベンダ見直し)

【5.情報セキュリティ運用(ポリシー/アカウント/端末管理)】10%

・権限管理、ログ確認、端末紛失対応、MFA/MDM等

★【6.新規システム導入(要件定義〜安定運用)】20-30%

・現場ヒアリング、要件整理、ベンダ調整、テスト、リリース、運用設計

・運用開始後の定着支援、改善提案、障害時の一次対応〜エスカレーション

求める人材:

【必須要件】

・企業の情報システム部門(社内SE/情シス/コーポレートIT)またはSI/運用現場での実務経験:2年以上

・ヘルプデスク(一次切り分け〜エスカレーション)と、PCキッティング/アカウント管理の経験

・社内外の関係者(店舗/本部/ベンダ)と調整し、タスクを前に進めた経験

・手順書作成や運用の標準化など、再現性を意識した業務ができること

【推奨要件】

・店舗ビジネス(小売/飲食など)における店舗IT対応の経験(出退店、回線/端末手配等)

・新規SaaS/業務システム導入の経験(要件定義〜運用設計まで)

・IT資産管理(台帳、棚卸、更新計画、予備機運用)の経験

・Microsoft 365、ID管理(SSO/MFA)、MDM、EDR等の運用経験

・ネットワーク基礎(ルータ/スイッチ/無線、回線手配、拠点間)に関する知見

・ベンダ選定・RFP/見積比較・契約周りの経験

・PowerShell等を用いた簡単なスクリプト作成や、業務効率化のためのツール作成経験(または抵抗がないこと)

・目の前の問い合わせ対応だけで終わらせず、原因の共通化・手順化・再発防止まで落とし込める方

・店舗・本部・ベンダなど利害の違う相手と、事実と優先度で調整できる方

・不明点を放置せず、仮説→確認→判断を回せる方(詰まりを可視化して相談できる方)

・ルール/セキュリティを守らせるだけでなく、現場の運用に乗る形に設計できる方

・突発対応があっても、並行タスクを整理し、期限と品質のバランスを取れる方

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥340,000 〜 ¥380,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥64,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

  • ※月給日給制は、1ヶ月を単位として賃金が決められている給与体系のことで、遅刻・早退・欠勤などがあった場合は、その時間分の賃金が差し引かれます。
