【経験者マンションフロント/大阪】年休120日/フレックス制/リプレイス営業なし/大手不動産グループ
【仕事内容】
マンション管理フロント職をお任せいたします。分譲マンション入居者により組織される、管理組合の運営サポートがメイン業務です。
【経験者向けマンションフロント/管理業務主任者必須/あなぶきグループ/フルフレックス/土日祝休み/新規開拓なし】
分譲マンション入居者により組織される管理組合の運営サポート業務を行っていただきます。
営業職ですが、数字よりもお客様との関係性重視の社風。
【未経験から活躍している社員多数】
※一人平均10棟~15棟(ボリュームゾーンは10棟~12棟です)を担当し、内勤6割、外勤4割程度です。
2~3か月で自分の担当物件を持つことを目標に取り組んでいただきます。

- 他社案件のリプレイス等も専門組織があるため新規開拓営業は行いません。
【具体的には】
- 管理組合会計(出納関係)書類や管理報告書の作成
月次/年次決算の取りまとめや収支報告に関する資料を作ります。
毎月の管理費なの入金確認など/※資料の作成サポートをする事務スタッフがいます。
(書類作成は決められたフォーマットやシステムがありますので、未経験者もご安心ください)
- 共用部やエレベータなど点検報告書の確認や、建物の修繕提案など、定期巡回や清掃等を行う管理業務は専門のスタッフが担当しています。
(設備に関する詳しい知識を学べる研修施設があります。入社後の研修もございます)
- 理事会、総会の運営サポート
管理組合の収支報告や、司会進行、修繕工事の提案プレゼンを行います。
(慣れるまでは先輩社員が同行します。ご安心ください)
- 入居者様からのお困りごとサポート
(同社では24時間365日、自社運営のコールセンターがあり、こちらで解決できる事案が多いです)
※他社案件のリプレイス等も専門組織があるため新規開拓営業は行いません。

【年収例】592万円~675万円(35~64歳:例)【月収例】410,592~454,212円(35~64歳:例)基本給:335,160円~固定残業代(26時間分):68,432円~※超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給※予定年収はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。賞与実績:年2回(基本給の約3ヶ月分)昇給:年1回
