■建設現場施工管理サービス「Buildee」シリーズについて
「Buildee調整会議」は、建設現場での翌日作業の連絡・調整を行うWebサービスで、従来のホワイトボードでの手間と時間を削減します。「Buildee労務安全」「Buildee入退場管理」も加わり、大手ゼネコン等からの導入や問い合わせが増えています。
フルスタックエンジニアとして、当社サービスのいずれかで5名程度のチームリーダーを目指していただきます。建築業界DXを支援する様々な自社サービス(新規リリース予定含む)の中から、経験や志向に合うプロジェクトに参画可能です。
Buildeeプロジェクトは「労務安全」「調整会議」の2種類があり、それぞれに顧客企業ごとのチームがあります。チームリーダーとして協力会社メンバーをマネジメントし、大手ゼネコン様を担当します。機能追加に関する提案も歓迎します。
【具体的な主業務】
少人数(3~5名程度)チームをまとめ、タスク管理や進捗管理を行い開発を推進します。複数サービスの案件に携わります。業界にインパクトを与えるサービスの開発にコアメンバーとして関われます。
・機能開発プロジェクトの推進
・担当案件の要件定義、基本設計、開発~リリース、スケジューリング、品質管理
・担当チームメンバーの進捗管理・タスク調整、PMへの報告
【入社後の流れ】
1.(~1週間程度)プロジェクトに応じたトレーニング課題実施 or 資料・動画で業務知識を習得します。
2.(~2か月程度)5名程度のチームに配属。簡単な改修作業を担当し、開発の進め方やスケジュール感を理解します。
3.(以降)目指すキャリアパスに基づき、可能な範囲で意向に沿ったポジション・業務を調整します。
