弊社は、1968年にまで遡る事業基盤の上に、日本市場における品質・安全試験と認証への需要拡大に応えるべく1993年に設立されました。欧州指令に基づくノーティファイド・ボディとして、日本の厚生労働省の認定を受けた医療機器登録認証機関として、また、その他各国の法規制に対応した審査・認証サービスを行う第三者機関です。
現在9つの部門で事業展開を行っています。電気・電子製品、EMC/テレコム、マネジメントシステム・食品安全、オートモーティブ、機能安全、医療機器、また、各種セミナー、トレーニングも多数実施しております。
【業務内容】
MHS Auditorとして医療機器・医療用具においての非能動医療機器*に関する国内外の法規制及び国際規格への
適合性評価をお任せいたします。
(ISO,CEマーキング、医薬品医療機器法(=旧薬事法)認証等の審査
・医療機器に関する国内外の法規制および国際規格への適合性評価
・医療機器を扱う組織へ適用される品質マネジメントシステムの国際規格ISO13485への適合性審査
規格に則って医療機器・医療用具の製造がなされているか、また製品の安全性に問題はないか、文書(図面等)および工場への現場訪問を実施し、チェックしていただく業務となります。お客様の工場が海外である場合は海外出張するケースもあります。確認が取れた後、ドイツへレポートを提出、認証取得という流れになります。
お客様先に訪問しての業務がメインとなりますので、月の半分位がご出張となります。
※非能動医療機器とは、電気などのエネルギーを使わないタイプの医療機器(医療用具)という意味で、カテーテル、輸液セット、シリンジなどの滅菌製品、セラミックや金属でできた人工骨、ガーゼや絆創膏、歯科材料など幅広い製品を意味します。また、体外診断用医薬品(IVD 臨床検査薬)も非能動医療機器となります。

応募資格
【必須(MUST)】
・学士、修士または博士の学位 (生物、化学、薬学、医学、歯学、農学、獣医学、材料工学等)
・4年以上の医療機器 / IVDに関する設計開発、製造、試験検査などの職務経験。または、医療機器 / IVDのパーツや原料メーカーなど関連業界における経験。または、臨床検査ラボにおける経験。
・中級程度の英語力(TOEIC 600程度)、日本語能力(母国語レベル)

労働条件
雇用形態:正社員 (試用期間6ヶ月)
就業時間:9:00~18:00(標準労働時間/8時間)休憩1時間
フレックスタイム制(コアタイム:11:00~16:00)
休日休暇:年間休日120日、完全週休2日制(土・日)、有給休暇 初年度12日(1ヶ月目~)、傷病休暇、慶弔休暇、永年勤続休暇など
■補足
・有給休暇:入社初年度は入社月に応じて最大12日付与。ただし、試用期間中は1ヶ月につき1日が使用限度となります。
・有給休暇とは別に傷病休暇という制度(頭痛、腹痛等1日から取得可)があり、年間12日までは有給扱いとなります。当社の考えとして、有給休暇は疾病等ではなく本義的な意での「休暇」取得のための制度という位置付けです。有給休暇制度が充実しており、高い消化率を示しております。
