仕事内容:

ベアリング(軸受)製品の製造に関わるお仕事です。

主に機械操作・部品供給・検査・梱包などの工程を担当していただきます。

具体的な作業内容

機械操作(軸受研削・組立・検査工程)

軸受(ベアリング)を製造するための研削機・組立機・検査機などを操作します。

部品を機械にセットし、加工・組立・検査を自動で行う装置を監視します。

作業後は寸法測定や外観確認で精度をチェックします。

給品・部品供給

各工程への部品や材料の補充、完成品のライン搬送を行います。

指定の位置へパーツを運ぶなど、工程の流れを支える作業です。

完成品の梱包・包装

完成したベアリングを箱詰め・ラベル貼付し、出荷用に整えます。
