\さまざまな背景をもつ子どもたちと向き合い、未来へつながる学びを一緒に支えませんか?/

子どもたちに、安心できる環境の中で学習支援を行うお仕事です。

個別の学びに寄り添いながら、学習面はもちろん、生活リズムや自己肯定感の形成にもつながる大切な役割を担います。

  • 仕事内容

小学1年生~高校3年生を対象にした学習支援※個別指導

ICT機器(タブレット)や紙教材を使った個別支援

子ども一人ひとりに合わせた学習内容のサポート

必要に応じて教材の添削や学習記録の作成

状況に応じて学校の定期テスト対策支援

・子どもの気持ちやペースに寄り添いながら、落ち着いて関われる方

・勉強が得意でない子や不安を抱える子にも、否定せず向き合える方

・わからないところを「一緒に考える」姿勢を大切にできる方

・教育・福祉に関心があり、子どもと関わる仕事をしてみたい方

・周囲のスタッフと相談しながら、チームで支援を進められる方

実働時間:1日あたり3時間 〜 6時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり8日 〜 20日

給与詳細


1業務あたりは、1勤務あたりを意味します。

基本給:1業務あたり 3800円 〜(180分)

  • 9:15~12:15 勤務の場合:

小・中学生のみの指導:3800円

高校生までの指導:4500円

  • 9:15~15:15 勤務の場合

7500円/1回6H(うち休憩1H)

※交通費全額支給

給与例

  • 9:15~12:15 勤務、週2回(月8回)勤務の場合

3800円/1回×8回=30400円

【高校生までの指導】

4500円/1回×8回=36000円

  • 9:15~15:15 勤務、週2回(月8回)勤務の場合

7500円/1回×8回=60000円
