Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in sales, customer support, marketing, analysis or consulting.
Experience with Google sheets for data analysis.
Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.


Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Google Ads or other marketing platforms.
Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects/tasks/analysis under pressure with care and show dedication to client services.
Ability to deliver high-quality work aligned to team or company goals in a timely and efficient manner.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Passion for AI.

The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects.

The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from under-represented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.


This team is dedicated to maximizing the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns for a dynamic portfolio of clients through our exceptional solutions, such as Search Ads, Performance Max, and Apps Solutions.


We face three groups of stakeholders:
our front sales teams (internal), our product teams (internal), and clients/agencies (external).

We cohesively connect with regional (APAC) and global product teams to build strategies for the Japan market to boost business both for our clients and Google, and bring innovative ads products/solutions to Japan exclusively and faster than the original timeline, as well as escalating requests/feedback from Japan.


Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies.

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth.

We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more.

As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

Create better tools with AI to improve our productivity in product expert works.

Catch up with new product features/updates proactively and propose them to front sales teams internally and customers externally, by garnering resources globally.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics for our accounts (i.e., our prioritized group of clients) to find business opportunities, identify trends, and present insights to inform adjustments.

Assist in experiment structuring, campaign setup, bidding strategies, and optimization across search, display, and apps.
Connect with global/regional teams to collect most-advanced case studies, products/features, and pitch storylines. Translate them into Japanese with customization of Japanese market nuances.
Prepare comprehensive performance reports and product pitch narratives for client presentations and seminar presentations.
