Job Description
Design acoustic wave filters for RF modules with industry-leading performance, meeting size and cost requirements.
• Follow Skyworks development process to achieve reliable, sustainable, and high-yielding product designs.
• Continuously improve filter and module performance, maintaining Skyworks product competitiveness by designing new architectures.
• Conduct design reviews based on simulation and measurement results, demonstrating compliance with internal or customer specifications, and presenting quantitative data.
• Collaborate with module and system teams to set appropriate performance targets for filters.
• Work with technology and manufacturing teams to drive development, leading to continuous performance improvement of Skyworks products.
• Explore design methodologies to improve simulation accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with module development teams to perform co-design work for modules, taking a comprehensive approach to performance optimization.
Requirement
Education, Experience, and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field with 5 years of experience, or master's degree with 3 years of experience.
• Expertise in RF circuit, acoustic filter, and multiplexer design.
• Experience in RF filter/multiplexer development.
• Skills in circuit simulation using Agilent ADS/Cadence and Momentum, or HFSS, and CAD skills.
• Rich experience in EM simulation for filters or multi-chip modules (MCMs).
• Practical experience in problem-solving from prototype to mass production.
• Self-motivated and cooperative individual with a strong sense of initiative and a can-do attitude.
