仕事内容:

◎正社員として"ものづくり"に関わるお仕事をお任せします。

フリーター、ブランクあり、職種経験・資格なし、社会人経験なし、自分でも正社員になれるかなと不安に思っている人、全ての方に対して職の機会を提供いたします。

具体的な業務内容

・工場や倉庫を中心に・・・

組立・加工・溶接・ハンダ付け・目視検査・機械操作(NC・MC、プレス、マシンオペレーター)・塗装玉掛け・クレーン・原材料加工・メンテナンス・品質管理・工程管理・包装・梱包・検品・ピッキング・仕分け・入出荷・フォークリフト・運搬など

※応募時に仕事内容がわからなくてもOKです。配属後に一から業務や技術を学びます。また、当社営業担当者も月1回以上フォローアップや相談にも乗りますのでご安心ください。

勤務時間・曜日:

・8:30~17:30(休憩60分)

(標準労働時間:1日8時間、休憩時間:1時間)

週休二日制

・年間休日125日程度(勤務先による)
