建設コンサルティング会社で、空港の拡張工事に関するCADオペレーターと事務をお願いします。

・図面修正(AutoCAD使用:全体業務の4~5割程度)

※細部ではなく図面全体の修正をお願いする可能性あり

※その他、バラバラの図面を1枚にまとめるなど

・電子データ管理(全体業務の5~6割程度)

※フォルダー内の文書整理、仕分け等

※問い合わせあった書類の提出、とりまとめや集計

・問合せ対応、その他庶務事務
