As Product Lead, AI, you'll work directly with the Founder and leadership team to translate bold ideas into execution, and execution into measurable business impact. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for a product expert based in Japan who's excited to shape and scale AI initiatives across multiple countries.

This is not a strategy-only position. We're looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, takes ownership end-to-end, and has the technical and operational depth to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. AI Product Strategy & Delivery

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership to define, track, and deliver AI initiatives and OKRs.

• Own end-to-end implementation of AI and tech projects — from planning to launch.

• Identify operational gaps and implement AI/automation solutions that enable rapid scaling.

2. Hands-on Project Implementation

• Roll up your sleeves to design, test, and deploy AI-driven workflows and tools.

• Ensure seamless integration of AI systems into existing business processes.

• Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to achieve measurable impact.

3. Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment

• Coordinate AI initiatives across departments to maintain alignment and execution momentum.

• Facilitate discussions, decision forums, and workshops to keep projects moving forward.

• Partner with department heads to identify execution blockers and drive solutions effectively.

4. Product Ownership

• Take ownership of AI-related initiatives that don't have a clear "home."

• Lead pilot programs and new product initiatives from ideation to execution.

• Build scalable systems, dashboards, and processes to support long-term AI adoption.

What You Bring

• Around 5 years of experience in product management, engineering, or cross-functional leadership in a high-growth environment.

• A proven track record of hands-on project delivery in tech, AI, or digital platforms.

• Strong background in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field (preferred).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to turn vision into execution.

• Experience working directly with executives on high-stakes initiatives.

• Mature judgment and strong communication skills in complex or high-pressure situations.

• Bonus: Experience in fintech, AI platforms, or founder-led companies.

• Location: Based in Japan (remote), collaborating closely with regional teams.
