合計30万人フォロワーを超えるSNSを活用して、 メイン事業であるカラリアをグロースさせてくださる方を募集しています。 【このチームの魅力】 ①主要SNS媒体の大規模アカウントを使って、SNSマーケティングを実践できる 香りの業界では最大規模を誇るSNSアカウントを活用した、大胆なSNSマーケティングを実践することが可能です ②マーケティング全体の戦略に関わることができる SNSマーケティングの戦略の立案〜実行をお任せすると同時に、全体のマーケティング戦略の立案から一緒に考えられるポジションです。 【具体的な業務内容】 ・ 各SNS媒体の運用戦略立案 ・ メーカー様やブランド様とのタイアップ企画 ・ SNS起点のキャンペーン企画 ・ メンバーディレクション ・ その他、SNS関連の業務全般 【各SNSへのリンク】 Instagram 女性向けアカウント(2.5万人 男性向けアカウント(2.2万人 TikTok 女性向けアカウント(16.9万人 男性向けアカウント(4,400人 X(7.6万人 YouTube(1万人

必須スキル


・ SNSアカウント運用のデータ分析の経験 ・ 企画・ディレクションの経験(SNS以外でも可) ・組織のマネジメント経験 ・Instagram、TikTok、Xの企業アカウントの運用(支援)経験

歓迎スキル


・複数企業のSNSアカウント運用経験 ・ SNS運用代行経験 ・ デジタルマーケティングの知識をお持ちの方 ・ C向けサービスのグロース経験

勤務時間 8:00-21:00(実働8時間) 上記時間帯内で、ライフスタイルに合わせ柔軟に勤務可能 休日・休暇 ・ 年間休日120日以上 ・ 土日祝 ・ 夏季休暇 ・ 年末年始休暇 ・ 慶弔休暇 ・ 入社時に10日間の有給休暇付与
