介護や営業の経験がなくても大丈夫

【仕事内容】


介護施設への紹介や、入居を検討されているご本人様、ご家族様に合う施設の提案を行う営業のお仕事になります。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・ケアマネジャーや医療機関などを訪問し、施設利用対象者のご相談をいただく

・ご本人様、ご家族様と面談を行い、施設などのご希望を丁寧にヒアリングする

・50ヶ所以上の施設から希望に沿った提案を行い、ご入居までをフォローします

営業の経験や介護経験がなくても始めていただけるお仕事です

実際に未経験からスタートした方がほとんどで、さまざまな経験を活かして挑戦できる環境が整っています。
