職務内容:
1. ゲームディレクターとして、ゲームの開発を管理し、コンセプト、予算、制作、品質保証、コードリリースに至るまでを担当します。
2. 新しいゲームの制作において、プロジェクトの責任者として最初から最後まで携わります。 プロジェクトに対してクリエイティブなアイデア、方向性、戦略的な洞察を提供し、成長戦略と持続的な成長計画を策定します。
3. プロジェクトの長期的な戦略計画、予算、マイルストーンをリードし、実行管理層との緊密なコミュニケーションを図ります。
4. 優れたゲームプロデュースチームを構築し、リードし、品質基準に挑戦し、推進することができるチームを育成します。プロジェクトに参加するすべてのコアチームメンバーにおいて、協力的な関係を促進し維持することを確保します。
5. 競合製品のレビュー、デザイン/技術/アートドキュメントやその他のクリエイティブ素材の評価、品質トラッキングドキュメントの作成により、高品質を確保し、明確で効率的なプロダクションプロセスを確立し、スタジオ全体の効率向上に努めます。
6. 開発チームと実行管理層との強力なコミュニケーションを維持し、プロジェクトが予算内で開発のマイルストーンを達成することを確保します。
1. As the Lead Game Producer, you will help manage the product development cycle of the game, including concept, scope, budget, pre-production, production, approval, quality assurance, code release, localization, and porting. You will be responsible for overseeing the production of the new game from inception to completion as the product owner.
2. Provide creative input, direction, and strategic insights to the project, and formulate development strategies and sustainable growth plans.
3. Lead the long-term strategic planning, budgeting, and project milestones of the project, while maintaining close communication with the executive management.
4. Attract, build, and lead a top-tier game production team that is capable of challenging and driving quality benchmarks. Ensure motivation and foster a strong collaborative dynamic among all core teams involved in the project.
5. Ensure high quality by reviewing competitive products, evaluating design/technical/art documents and other creative materials, and creating quality tracking documents. Establish clear and efficient production processes and strive to improve overall studio efficiency.
6. Maintain strong communication between the development team and the executive management to ensure that the project meets its development milestones within the budget.
