仕事内容:

アジア圏を中心とした外国人技能実習生と、彼らを受け入れる企業様の間に立ち、

以下のようなサポート・監理業務を行います。

具体的には…

・実習生への生活・労働面のサポート(相談対応など)

・企業への制度説明や実習状況の確認

・行政機関(東京出入国在留管理局、技能実習機構など)への書類提出・連絡調整

・実習生・企業への定期訪問(直行直帰あり)

・書類作成・管理などの事務処理

・営業アシスタントとしての外部対応(※営業活動はありません)

【1】新規の営業はありません

グループ企業で取引のある企業様にて技能実習生の受け入れを行うため、営業要素はありません。

決まった企業様への定期訪問となります。

【2】社会貢献性の高いお仕事

外国人技能実習生が日本でスムーズに働けるようにサポートするお仕事。

【3】未経験OK

必要なのは普通自動車免許のみ

土,日,祝日,夏季,年末,年始,有給 この職種は、外国人技能実習生のサポートを行うもので、完全週休二日制を採用しています。具体的には土日祝が休みで、さらにGWや夏季、年末年始の休暇もあります。特別休暇や法定に基づく有給休暇も付与されるため、働きやすい環境が整っています。会社カレンダーに従った休暇制度があるため、柔軟な対応が可能です。
