Position Summary
1 Health Solutions is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Program Support Administrator to provide administrative, credentialing, and program management support to the III Marine Expeditionary Force (III MEF) Surgeon's Office located at Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain and coordinate administrative support and credentialing support processes.
Facilitate the evaluation, granting, and tracking of clinical privileges for healthcare providers.
Maintain Individual Credential Files, Professional Files, forms, meeting minutes, and required documentation.
Review and track credentialing documentation ensuring compliance with BUMED, SECNAV, and USMC directives.
Prepare reports and maintain data to support medical readiness and program compliance.
Support internal routing and processing of correspondence, reports, and instructions.
Assist in calendar management, meeting coordination, and general office workflow.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, OneDrive) daily.
Education & Experience Requirements
High School Diploma (required).
Minimum one year of healthcare-related or administrative support experience.
Ability to review education, training, and licensure documentation.
Must pass a DoD background investigation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands
Work performed onsite at Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan.
Standard work hours 0730–1630 Monday-Friday.
Must be able to lift and carry office materials up to 25 lbs.
Must have reliable transportation; no travel reimbursement provided.
