Job Location: Naval Hospital Okinawa, Japan - Urasoe, Okinawa, JapanPosition Title: Quality Control Manager
Area of Requirement: All MTF facilities supported under the task order.
Scope of Position: Implements and manages the contractor's Quality Control Program (QCP) to ensure all O&M activities meet or exceed contractual requirements, focusing on scheduled, unscheduled, and emergency maintenance.
Tasks and Capabilities Required:
Develop and maintain QCP in compliance with PWS.
Conduct inspections, tests, and performance evaluations.
Maintain accurate QC records and coordinate with Government QA staff.
Provide remedial training when deficiencies are identified.
Ensure all work meets required performance and safety standards.
Mandatory Experience and Certifications:
Minimum 2 years' QC experience in construction or facility management.
Minimum 2 years' experience in comparably sized health facilities.
Preferred/Desired Certifications:
English Level III and Japanese Level III proficiency (direct or via bilingual technical staff).
