[仕事内容]:
- 配送業務
食品や調味料を組合員宅へお届け。
配送を通じて組合員の暮らしを知り、
今後の営業活動の基礎を築きます。
現在はグループ配送が中心ですが、
個別配送も増加予定です。
- 拡大業務(営業)
生協に関心のある方へ、サービス内容をご案内。
反響型営業のため未経験でも取り組みやすい内容です。

- 共済推進業務
COOP共済などを組合員にご提案。
地域の暮らしに寄り添う提案型の営業です。
飛び込み営業はほとんどなく、
イベントや問い合わせ対応が中心の"反響営業"です。
慣れてきたら、
組合員さんと一緒に試食会などの
イベントにも参加します。
【入社後の流れ】
まずは先輩と同行しながら配送を担当。
消費材(商品)や地域の特徴を学び、
慣れた段階で拡大・共済業務も順次お任せ。
以降は営業比重が増えていきます。
試用期間(3か月)※給与条件変更なし
※経験・能力次第で期間短縮あり
