株式会社 アーキベースは2017年設立、住環境領域(建設・不動産・エネルギー等)を軸に3事業・6サービスを展開し、今後も新たに4事業を立ち上げる成長中ベンチャーです。組織拡大に伴い、数十名規模の採用を予定。アーリーフェーズで100名の壁を超える組織拡大に立ち会い、代表直下で事業責任者や部門責任者と伴走しながら、採用戦略や組織設計に携われます。

・採用業務全般(母集団形成~クロージング)

・採用広報

・人事業務全般

データドリブンで人事・採用を科学し、正解のない業務に自ら仕組みを作り推進。未経験からでも大きな裁量を持ち、事業拡大・組織成長に貢献できるポジションです。年間休日120日、土日祝休みでメリハリある働き方が可能。市場価値を高めたい方、成長企業でキャリアを築きたい方に最適な環境です。
