【仕事内容】
大手証券会社のコンタクトセンターで、お客様からの電話対応をお任せします。専門知識は入社後の「有給研修」でゼロから習得可能。あなたがやるべきは、システムを操作し、お客様の要望を正確に処理すること。営業のようなノルマや、足を使った移動は一切ありません。
~具体的には~
〇お問い合わせ対応:
お客様からの電話を受け、担当スタッフへ取り次ぎを行ったり、株価の照会に対応したりします。
〇注文受付・事務:
株の売買注文の受付や変更手続き、専用システムへのデータ入力などを行います。手数料に関するご質問にも回答します。
~入社後のステップ~
入社後は「証券外務員一種」の資格取得からスタートします試験費用やテキスト代は当社が全額負担。合格率は98%の実績があり、講師が丁寧に教えるので知識ゼロでも安心です
資格取得後は業務研修でロールプレイングなどを通して実務を学びます

基本給:時給 1700円 〜 1830円
【評価制度で最大時給1830円までUP】
研修後は時給1700円からスタート。
その後のスキルアップに応じて昇給する評価制度があり、
最大時給1830円を目指せます。
頑張りが収入に繋がる仕組みです。
※研修中は時給1,550円~1,650円(研修期間終了後に時給1,700円になります)
